Worst banking app I ever seen. None of the features work as they claim.

Interface is getting slower. Transfer takes lots of time

Worst Statement Viewing, worst customer support experience, worst transaction settlement and they very cleaver to charge late fee, interest and all other charge’s.

Sc (Standard Chartered )mobile is not working in iPhone 12, IOS version 16.3. Asking for upgrade version. While updating from App Store, the ‘Open’ button is showing instead of update button.

I was trying to transfer from my bank account in SCB to other bank credit card ! It was impossible to do it. Somethings are difficult in your app !!!!

Received a notification to change password.However after giving correct username and valid password, i am unable to change it as it says provide a valid username. Please give me an alternative approach to change my password.

The app is not of much use for credit card users as pay by date and minimum due doesn’t show anywhere. The app only shows current outstanding. For making payment for card dues app opens up the web portal which totally negates the use of the app.

There should be more background options in app
