Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period. The cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose.

Uncontactable
Was trying to contact support but was prompted to setup an email account in order to do this. There was nowhere on the app which allows me to do this creation. Please help.
Error unable to load app for months; app support unable to resolve
Have been facing errors in the app and unable to load app or view files for my impt doc for months but till date still no solutions in the app updates and still waiting for app support. Requested to at least allow ability to extract or copy files to computer given my files are impt and urgent but was told it cannot be done although other apps in Apple store is able to do so. I had this app since when it was known as Scanner. Pls resolve and respond asap thanks
Good to use especially when I travel oversea.
Now I hardly travel, I cancelled my subscription upon notice of renewal, but for a few weeks already still did not see the money back to my account.
Asking to pay again?
Hi, I would like to know why my app is popping up a box asking me for a yearly subscription when I paid for the full version in 2017 when the app was called Scanner for me. I expect to still be able to use my paid version without ads or will the features I have been promised. Is this not the case anymore? Please clarify.
Be care of this dishonour developer
Make sure you read their T&Cs before installing their app. They will send you an invoice for auto subscription after the trial period. This is a dirty tricks to take advantage of careless users like myself for failing to read the fine prints.

The previous version works wonders for me. I decided to cancel my subscription.
Money hungry devs
So free users can’t even share their scanned documents WITH watermark? Understand economic is bad but this is way too low. Download something else!
