They dont allow you to cancel!!!
Request for refund ( I didn’t subscribe for this app)
Does someone know how to request a refund? My credit card was charged for the subscription of this app but actually I didn’t subscribe for this app. The bad thing is I was charged for the 1-year premium account which I didn’t authorized. Can someone help?????
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing if i share the document in pdf file. It defeats the purpose of a portable scanner if I can not save a pdf copy. I am asking for refund if not addressed.
Same reason as the others
Please cancel my subscription. It does not say that there’s a premium to be paid. Usually if this kind of ad, there’s always an amount showing before getting or subscribing. It says only get, it means there’s no amount involve. Your putting or misleading your customers into a trap. Your immediate action on this request is highly appreciated.
Double Payment
Good day! I am concern about my subscription here I purchased the One time payment plan. Yet here the P 519.00 was deducted to my account twice now. Please help dont want to waste money specially now.
