Bonjour, comment faire pour se arrêter le application sans s abonner? J aimerais ne pas être créditée pour une application que je n utilise pas et que j ai supprimé. Merci

Je suis abonné et débite chaque mois. L’appli me considère comme utilisateur non pro donc je ne sais rien faire. Jamais contacté le service client sans succès. Un scandale

Je me suis abonnée a votre application depuis le 19 mai 2020. Jusqu’ici tout se passait bien. Mais aujourd’hui quand j’ai voulu envoyer par mail un document que je venais de scanner, on me dit que le nombre de scans gratuits est atteint et on me dirige vers une demande d’abonnement. Je suis pourtant déjà abonnée !!!! Pouvez-vous débloquer ce problème ? Si vous ne débloquez le problème et que je ne puisse plus utiliser cette application, veuillez me rembourser le prix total de l’abonnement, soit 49,99€. Bien a vous Sofia Giunta

I opened the app and was invited to subscribe at a 58% discount but was charged the full amount
New scanner
I’ve tried other scanners and they turn out blurry. This one takes excellent pictures able to be sent by email.
Ugh
I’ve always like this app but for some reason today it won’t send my emails it shows it sent what I scanned to my email but it never arrives.
No good
I downloaded this app and worked fine until the last update and now can’t even open it and ain’t gotten any reply back from the creator?
