This bank is making my life harder than it should be. It is the only bank application that cannot be transferred to the new phone when you are abroad no matter what you do!! Other banks have already had ways out for this problem and made it safe. But, you guys have this problem for over a year and still can’t or won’t fix it. Maybe learn this from other banks! And, don’t ask the customers to use their old phone because it could be broken and that’s why we need a new phone. Just make it work already! It’s good when it works. But, there is a plenty of room for improvement!
