…or is it only our agency. This app has been down for 2 weeks. Seems like pen to paper is more sufficient. Continuously get the round circle of death and a frozen page. The initial log in saves your email info but not our password details? Makes no sense. Most apps and organized systems are pretty efficient now at days. This one seems like it’s from the 80’s. I wish our agency would change companies.
If you’re going to charge for the service, it’s time to start putting money into app development. The world lives on mobile devices, and this app sometimes works. When it does choose to work, it has 5% of what the website can do. No functions, sometimes works, not worth it.
Update: This App no longer works at all. My phone is updated. My app is updated. And after I login, it’s just a blank, white screen. There is literally nothing on the screen. Most useless trash I’ve ever downloaded. —— I didn’t think it was possible but the updated version was a worse than before. It doesn’t fit my iPhone screen properly. Parts are blocked by iPhone’s notch. The menu button is barely responsive. And why wouldn’t they make it possible to make time-off requests in this version?
It’s embarrassing how terrible this app is.
My employer just switched to schedule express. I can’t believe we didn’t test the app before we switched over. The only function available through the app is the login screen. Once I login I get sent straight to a white screen. Zero functionality. Let’s maybe try to fix this, how many 1 star reviews does it take before a fix is made? Figure it out.
This app and the program in general is horrible. It’s so difficult to use and the app constantly freezes up. I can’t click anything other than the current month that is open when the app loads.. if your company is thinking about using this company, look elsewhere
App is just OK you can not make any changes or requests from the app. Now on to the website, complete waste of time if you use apple devices. You can NOT scroll to see the entire page if you turn your phone it still will not show the entire screen. Don't wast your money, it’s useful for one thing and that’s the bidding process but again if on an apple device you can see the entire screen. Not even sure why they made an iOS application. Send multiple emails to the support page but all went unanswered……
The first version was great but subsequent versions bog down and freeze. This last version makes me input my password every single time despite selecting “Remember Me.” There’s no integrated face recognition option.
This App makes apple products look bad.
