Every Time you press the plus Button for the Open shifts, there’s an animation where you can briefly see the availabile shifts go up the screen but disappear. Then the screen dims a bit and if you press on a random part the screen a random “accept shift” pops up. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. Using iPhone SE 2020 on iOS 15.2.1
