inaccurate doesn’t even begin to describe how awful this app is. i freestyle compose sometimes and wanted an app that can quickly transcribe it. this app will not only give you the incorrect key 99% of the time, but it is often also a different octave on the piano, not even close by a semitone !! to add to that, the timings will often be incorrect eg. writes a note as one minim instead of two quavers, so, again, not even close…

Don’t waste your money.

It is terrible, the sheets sound absolutely nothing like the song you play - don’t buy it

There’s no obvious way to deactivate Pro membership; lack of confirmation emails, reminder emails, subscriptions panel in the app itself. You just get charged. What a disaster; clearly not maintained enough to support a user community or viable UX. this should urgently be removed from App Store.

Played scales and some bits of an etude on a viola. Too many mistakes. If you play as precise as a metronome it does detect 60 bpm but still isn’t sure about all notes. This app does work better than another one I tried but there would be a lot of editing after the recording so I think this technology isn’t smart enough yet. A bit sad to have paid for this and even then there’s a limit.

It is useful, but takes an awful lot of editing and is not very good. Most reviews are poor and from experience, I know it is awful. If you still want to get it, I suggest putting the phone on the piano stool, because by putting it there , you don’t get vibration, which ruins it.

Brilliant but so capricious. Fails to capture the moment of inspiration sometimes. I paid, yet it continues to rate me as Free, so won't store more than ten tunes. And why am I always having to sign in before I can record? Useless when out of reach of web. Please, clever developer, do a good update.

I wanted an easy way to use my iPhone as a notepad of sorts. Unfortunately, this app crashed several times in the first few minutes of use. Deleted and swapped over to a free/paid unlock app straight away. Quickest £3 I’ve ever wasted?

Absolute crap. Crashes constantly, and doesn’t even put in simple melodies. Don’t download this. Apple should be refunding everyone this cos it’s not a working app

Pretty hopeless. Doesn’t pick up the rhythms or the pitch. Certainly don’t waste money on this. Very disappointing. The web page talks a good game but doesn’t deliver at all.
