## SCR iVue Description
The South Coast Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images of scans performed at a South Coast Radiology practice and to also request appointments.

After your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all of your images through the iVue App. Please Note: Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed at South Coast Radiology.

The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment.

If you need assistance with the South Coast Radiology iVue Patient App, please email ivuesupport@scr.com.au with a description of the problem.

Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always discuss your results with your doctor.

Apart from continuously having to enter a pin, I can’t seem to easily go through my pregnancy ultrasound photos easily nor save them all at the same time.
Definitely don’t recommend. I wish I went through QUFW as it was so much easier to view photos and videos

We’ve gone from being able to take home the scans printed in an instant at the ultrasound, to having to download an app and wait 7 days for them to be uploaded. This system is backwards and will make me think twice about visiting this radiology company for my future scans.

Understand the 7 day wait, so why send the sms the next day, informing- view your scans now. Makes the app appear unreliable.
Also the login is glitchy and repeatedly crashes. On iPads the keyboard overlaps the sign in tab when filling in username and password. App needs a lot more work.

### *---- "Data Mining Junk. Don’t waste your time!"
You get an SMS asking you if you want to see your scans - yes! What it doesn’t tell you is you have to wait minimum SEVEN DAYS. (By which time you have likely seen the doctor or whoever) This app is just data mining peoples information. Delete it asap! This app should be banned by Apple.

Developer responded saying “delay is set by the clinic” - then why don’t you say that BEFORE the signup process? It would be easy and stop people from wasting their time?

…but yeah, we both know WHY you hide it until you have our email, date of birth, contact phone number etc.

Had my scan over a week ago and they still aren’t uploaded. I noticed on other reviews they write back and say it takes 7 days for the scans to be uploaded. Except A. That’s clearly incorrect B. I had scans from another scanning company in australia who got them to me within a few days so what’s wrong with these guys?

Had a scan recently, received email offering to let me view scans with account,
Signed, downloaded the app and was advised there are no X-rays or scans available!!

This app crashes and crashes. Have not been able to retrieve anything. It even crashes when I try to log in. 
Pity as it sounds a most useful app. Hope they can fix it!
