I only paid for the subscription to watch a stream, and the the streams won’t load…

Apenas ingresas a la aplicación genera cobro inmediato, debitó a mi cuenta la totalidad del año. Intenté x más d 15 min lograr replicar la imagen en el tv y la calidad es pésima y no tiene audio.
