This app is broken in iOS 17 you can no longer connect locally.

I can’t connect on local network as I could before. Now every time I enter the app I need to be quick and select the remote option to be able to access if you are not quick the app freezes. Please help.

Not much to say, doesn’t work and gives no feedback regarding why it isn’t working.

Could be incredible, but Pentair hasn’t invested anything in years.

I guess that’s what happens with a monopoly. Find another provider if possible. Nothing but a failing nightmare. BTW. I never take time to write a review and rarely speak negatively.

Like seriously amazed at the poor design and functionality. Have you ever actually tested what your customers user interface experience is like ? Please make a new app that is user friendly and easy to operate.

Could not get the app to connect to the Pentair system control. It constantly displayed “searching for system controller “ even if I was standing next to it.

Have had this for several years on a vacation home and have never encountered any problems. Only issue I have is the name of the app. I can never remember what it is and end up having to search thru too many apps to find it. A user friendly name would be more helpful.
