## ScreenZen Description
Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime

1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.

2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.

3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit.

4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app.

5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app.

6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time.

7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen.

8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app.

9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock.

10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

Its totally free and This app significantly diminished my screen time. It made me mindful of my screen time. It sends notification every 7 minutes (or as set) to remind me. I am more able to control and  to avoid impulsive nonsense scrolling on social media. Down size is there is no account and i can’t access my paid account (from donation)in my other device. I highly recommend for those people who want to change habits of doom scrolling

I really like the app. I like that once you’ve reached your limit it puts a block on that you can’t get past, unless you change the settings. The one thing I don’t like is that you have to unlock the app each time before using your allowable time, this also enables notifications. Now I am not receiving any notifications for messages, I wish there was a way to leave the apps unlocked until you reach your limit.

I LOVE screenzen, saves me hours of time
I’ve been using it for around 2 months, and had a perfect 61 day streak on youtube, and showed my friend your able to unlock, then press don’t unlock, and I was already at max activations, yet the next day even though it was 5/5, I lost my streak! It didn’t even unlock an extra time and I lost it!

I rarely bother to review apps, but life is simply too short not to employ this one. I love how it works. You can use any app you still want to, but it makes it a slight hassle, and puts caps on usage length and frequency. It’s doing exactly what I hoped: steering me toward more useful and mindful expenditure of my precious time. Scrolling Twitter can be plenty entertaining for example, but I’m grateful it breaks me out of that loop and pulls the plug so that I go live my life instead! It’s a little buggy but overall does the job well.
