Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime
1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app.
2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in.

Keeps me off social media. Definitely helped break my addiction and now I rarely use social media.
Good so far
Only had a for a couple days. I just respect any app that isn’t doing a subscription-based model. Lots of options and is a little more about your own agency rather than just “locking” the apps themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Very cohesive, quick, and efficient app
It really helps me with my screen time.
I love that it’s free, very easy to use, and it has all the features you could need to reduce your screen time. For example, you can put a timer that makes it so you have to wait before you open an application. (A concrete example : you have to wait 60 seconds before you are able to open Snapchat). Bonus points: there are no ads!

Lots of great effective options for reducing impulsive app opening. The daily limits and the warning/pause before opening various addictive apps are really effective.
