## ScreenZen Description
Plusieurs stratégies pour réduire votre temps d'écran

1. Délai avant d'ouvrir votre application : Un peu de temps avant de choisir si vous devez ouvrir votre application distrayante. Vous pouvez augmenter le temps d’attente à chaque fois que vous ouvrez votre application.

2. Interrompez votre défilement : vérifiez vos applications distrayantes pendant de courtes périodes afin de ne pas vous laisser entraîner.

3. Définissez un objectif d'application et bloquez éventuellement lorsque vous atteignez votre limite.

4. Configurable pour différents jours de la semaine et heures par application.

5. Des messages tels que « Est-ce important » avant d'ouvrir votre application.

6. Consultez votre temps d'écran uniquement pour vos applications distrayantes. Ne craignez pas que Google Maps vous fasse perdre du temps.

7. Bloquez strictement vos applications : Soit pour des plages horaires, après un certain nombre d'ouvertures ou ScreenTime. Les applications strictement bloquées peuvent être masquées de l'écran d'accueil.

8. Verrouille les paramètres pour vous empêcher de modifier vos paramètres lorsque vous souhaitez ouvrir une application.

9. Respiration et autres activités pour vous encourager à ne pas avoir besoin d'ouvrir l'application en attendant qu'elle se déverrouille.

10. Des séquences pour vous encourager à ne pas dépasser vos limites ou outrepasser vos paramètres.

J’ai essayé beaucoup d’applications pour arrêter ou diminuer les réseaux sociaux, mais j’avais toujours un moyen de remettre facilement l’accès. Avec cette application l’approche est vue différemment. Il est possible d’ouvrir les réseaux, mais que quelques fois par jour et ok doit attendre à chaque fois quelques secondes pour qu'elle s’ouvre. Cette méthode fonctionne merveilleusement bien, car c’est dissuasif et non frustrant.

Je recommande à 1000%.

L’application permet de limiter son temps d’écran pour chaque application, mettre des cooldowns entre chaque ouverture, t’obliger à attendre avant d’ouvrir une application.

Cette application bug malgré tout quelques fois, par exemple avec la fonctionnalité de cooldowns qui bug très souvent t’obligeant à attendre un cooldown de plus. 

Je mets 5 étoiles notamment pour l’ergonomie de l’application, elle est très simple à utiliser, j’ai pu programmer tout le tralala en même pas 10 minutes. Je suis passé de 3-4 heures sur discord à grand maximum 1h45 par jour !

Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses avec d'autres apps et le système d'Apple, j'ai enfin réussi à limiter un peu mon temps sur YouTube avec cette app. La personnalisation permet de tester ce qui marche le mieux pour chacun (ex : je sais que si je mets un timer de plus d'une minute je vais tout désactiver..). Une fois le bon équilibre trouvé, on se prend plus à réfléchir à ce qu'on pourrait faire d'autre.
