I really love this app. It’s helping me so much. Everything I was looking for for a social media lock or screen time management app is in the features of this app. 10/10 I’ve been trying to encourage more people to use it.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD and the tendency to compulsively scroll and open my apps immediately after closing them, ScreenZen has been an absolute lifesaver. It's really helped me manage the autopilot mode that ends up keeping me distracted from work and it's just absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this app enough!

I used Opal in the past. Blocking is okay, though it fails a lot of the time. Then a few months ago, their subscription went up to $100 per year, which isn’t worth it for me. Then I found ScreenZen, never looked back.
