can really recommend, only app that really helped me with my screentime!!

Excellent app, helped me reduce my screen time on apps I want to avoid drastically, also letting you choose a lot of different ways to achieve that goal. All that is also free, making it a lot better than all the competitors.

Very good app to Control your‘e screen time. Die to it’s many features does it work better than the screen time function from Apple. I like in particular how you‘re able to write yourself a message that pops up whenever you open the apps you‘ve selected.

I love everything about this app. It is simple and effective with all the functionality you need. Much better than One Sec which is such a bad deal compared to this. You can literally try the full app for free for as long as you want and if it works for you can leave a tip.

Pour être honnête j’ai tenté plusieurs fois d’arrêter d’utiliser mon téléphone mais je finissais souvent par recommencer avec cette Apple j’ai l’envie d’aller sur les applications comme TikTok ou Instagram je suis très vite dissuader, ça change la vie.

It’s so simple but it works so well :) suggested it to many friends ! (A big + would be if we could limit the number of time we touch our screen per app opening and not only the time spent, It would be perfect in order to avoid ytb shorts while not interupting the watching of long videos)
