## ScreenZen Description
Mehrere Strategien zur Reduzierung Ihrer Bildschirmzeit

1. Warten Sie, bevor Sie Ihre App öffnen: Etwas Zeit, bevor Sie entscheiden, ob Sie Ihre ablenkende App öffnen müssen. Sie können die Wartezeit jedes Mal verlängern, wenn Sie Ihre App öffnen.

2. Unterbrechen Sie das Scrollen: Überprüfen Sie Ihre ablenkenden Apps für kurze Zeit, damit Sie nicht in den Bann gezogen werden.

3. Legen Sie ein App-Ziel fest und blockieren Sie optional, wenn Sie Ihr Limit erreichen.

4. Per App für verschiedene Wochentage und Uhrzeiten konfigurierbar.

5. Nachrichten wie „Ist das wichtig?“, bevor Sie Ihre App öffnen.

6. Sehen Sie sich Ihre Bildschirmzeit nur für Ihre ablenkenden Apps an. Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, dass Google Maps Ihre Zeit verschlingt.

I have an iPhone and it begun to show the message „all appgroups are counted together“. Thats really annoying because I have different limits for several apps. It would be so nice to fix this!
