Charged me 13 more dollars than what the app promised and took advantage of ignorance

So, I drive, but had to cease because of a disability. When in a pinch this is the car service to call. They are cordial and patient. Their cars are clean and I had no need to explain directions to places. I can relax in situations that give me anxiety, like going to a doctor’s appointment. You guys also provide great service to the airport. And I especially like the App. It allows better communication between customer and driver. If I were to improve something, it would be the dispatcher listening to the request when calling in.

App makes the dispatch process easier esp if not a fluent Spanish speaker. It could be improved by showing rates more often, and in the case of BRONX-Upper Manhattan, being clearer about route and charge for tolls. Pricing by individual Seaman drivers has always been a mystery.

The trips always have professional drivers that are courteous reliable and on-time

I try to get a taxi and the time in the applications was 2 mins wait. I ended waiting about 17 mins and didn't get any car. I don't think they are using this.
