## Seapilot Description
Professional marine navigation used to require an expensive GPS plotter. Now, same technology used in merchant shipping is available for the iPad and iPhone. 

Seapilot lets you navigate like a pro with vectorized S-57 chart data from National Maritime Administrations. This is the first navigation app to feature Automatic Identification System (AIS) and built in weather forecasts, when within a mobile network. Charts and features available as In-App Purchase.

Use it to navigate, to plan tomorrow’s boat trip or reminisce about yesterday’s. (PS. Even works in your sofa at home.)

### **--- "Inloggningen saknar stöd för inklistring (från lösenordshanterare)"
Går inte klistra in användarnamn och lösenord. Använder man en lösenordshanterare vill man inte skriva in sitt 25 tecken långa slumpvis genererade lösenord. Varför har ni stängt av klistra in funktionen i inloggningen.

Update. Tried to use it again. Still, paste is disabled on login, and also the login dialog resets when the app loses focus. In other words, unnecessarily annoying and unusable if you have a password manager.

Fixing this would be less than 1 day for a dev, so why they keep having this off-putting behavior is puzzling. It’s not hard to do this right.

The UX is a complete mystery to me. Have they never even opened the app on a newer device? Black text on dark grey background?! Removed paste from login?! But why?! Lacks all but the most basic features once you get it running. I wish this was better, I really do, but it is not.

Works well but I'm concerned about the future. The app has not been updated for a year and website completely neglected (grib info several years out of date, hydrografica availability muddled). Zero communication about current events such as Swedish charts snufu. Has the team gone away after the Raymarine deal?

Efter en dag i Palma (Mallorca) slutade AIS funka lokalt. Från att ha funkat perfekt första dagen. Dessutom kraschar appen om jag söker på en inlagd Favorit.

Kanon bra. Tydliga sjökort och jäkligt smidigt med iPad om man har simkort. Waypoint funktion och smidigt att låsa så den följer. Även markerat där man åkt innan. Man får inte glömma att uppdatera varje år så man får in sjökorten. Lätt värt om man jämför med kostnad för plotter. 👍

Utan förvarning har jag bara kantiga kort. 
Försökte uppdatera, fungerar inte. 
Riktigt dåligt att appen helt plötsligt slutar fungera, klarade mig med papperskorten och kompassen förstås, och Eniro sjökort som jag nog ska gå över till. 

Undvik denna app tills utgivaren bestämmer sig för att vara stabil i sin leverans. Synd, eftersom det har varit en bra produkt.

Fungerar inte med IPhone 11 PRO trots uppdatering, buggar ihop direkt. Tyvärr så går det inte att få kontakt med suporten då dom inte svara på tex. FB, i övrigt hittar jag ingen kontaktvägar till dom.
Tilläg nu har dom släppt 2 uppdateringar men appen buggar fortfarande ihop och är värdelös. Tyvärr väldigt låg fart på teknikerna att fixa problemet dessutom nu när alla behöver den på sommaren. Rekommenderas inte.

Plötsligt förra sommaren blev min Seapilot oanvändbar står inga namn på varken land eller vatten och kartbilderna alldeles kantiga, går inte att navigera efter. Har betalt 95kr abonnemang. Vågar inte uppdatera till 419kr om det fortsatt är kantiga bilder.
