The timer is flexible to your needs/wants. It can be programmed and modified to increase international and workout.

I use it for strength training, HIIT and my mobility workouts. Works well with my Apple Music and JBL speakers.

My needs are very modest so I will not pretend I’m using every advanced feature of this app. I chose it for one reason, a clear price with NO SUBSCRIPTION model. I will support any developer who makes a decent product under the good old fashioned ownership model.

My messages to their customer support have been unread for 18 weeks

…the execution isn’t amazing. Can’t get it to sync with my watch or my computer and I’ve messaged their customer service for help and haven’t gotten a response. It’s been 3 months. So I’m not hopeful.
