Works decently but room for improvement
Some tokens only show up on the web, but there is no display of it in the app. Some wallets cannot be changed names. Some really basic coins/tokens are missing (example: XMR) Overall, good but not great. Firmware needs to be upgraded to fix these bugs. If you can also consider adding some more coins, that would bring it to a full 5.
Good but not great
Everything is cool about the app. My issue is that Secux will store most coins except the mobile app. Solana is one of the biggest market cap coins but can’t see on the app but loads on the desktop.
Not aGood app
Needs a lot of work and not as intuitive as Ledger Live. They’ve been in business since 2018 so not sure why this app is so poor. Hopefully the soon to be released updated version in February 2024 will be a big improvement.
The app is failing
Hi Team, the app is telling me My device needs a Firmware update, once you do that, the app don’t recognize you already did it! So it creates a bucle, it tell you again you needs a update
The Best Cold Wallet
I’ve had mine for a year now. V20 has never failed. I’m very happy. Now they have Nifty for NFTs. Thanks SecuX Tech!
Needs some serious polish
My biggest issue is that the app constantly crashes on my iPhone 13 running iOS 16. Seems to mostly happen when I’m connected to my wallet via Bluetooth. On top of that, the app is filled with spelling and grammar mistakes. In the screen where you would send Ethereum they have it spelled Ehereum. On the screen where you would buy Ethereum you are greeted with this gem: “ wait ui team decide show what messages”. Should I call for medical care? Did a programmer have a stroke at the keyboard?
Cannot send cypto out of wallet
Been trying for months to send XLM coin out of my Secux wallet and keep getting 504 error. Support is absulutely useless when asking for help. Might just say screw it and put my key onto a Ledger or Trezor wallet
no audit = not secure , slow
since there is no auditing who knows what it sends to servers also very very slow startup, this must be another cheaply made Electron app
Bluetooth functionality seems flawed
Occasionally the Bluetooth works with my cold wallet. Most of the time it does not and I must be wired to my laptop to transfer currency. I have good 5g service so I know it’s not on my end. Anyone else have this issue?
