Such a poor service -- Shankle mi nankle, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Terrible Service – Avoid This Chinese Company at All Costs" I recently purchased the Seeing doorbell from Amazon, and while it worked well during the one-month free cloud trial, things went horribly wrong after that. This app is from a Chinese company, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. When the trial ended, I opted for the automated renewal and paid £34.99 for a one-year cloud subscription. But just a few days later, the app stopped letting me view or download my footage from the cloud. Instead, every time I tried to access a video, it forced me to watch a 60-second ad—even though I had already paid for the service! To make matters worse, parts of the app sometimes switch to Chinese, which is both confusing and frustrating. I contacted their so-called customer service, but after waiting for days, I still haven’t received any response. Apple also declined my refund request, leaving me out £34.99 for absolutely nothing. This company is a scam. I’ll be filing a complaint with Amazon and leaving a review there as well.
