I signed up for a profile but they deactivated it. They asked contact to the administrator… I think not a useful app.

So this is an honest review as I have not seen the blind most pathetic staff who are rejecting the claims agaisnt the policy pf our company. Even asking for the stamp and date when the details are mentioned!

On second time entering new password, app crashes.

It’s an amazing app :-)

It takes over the camera and mic access even when not in use- doesn’t let go access even after consultation. Complained to them repeatedly but they just ignore it repeatedly.

I booked appointment 2 times, 1st time call could not start and it failed. 2nd time I was not able to start the consultation, due to system error. On top of that no one bother to attend call on customer care number.

I had an emergency and couldn’t connect to any doctor. Highly disappointed
