The voices are consistent and soothing and the reprogramming language is consistent with high vibration and positive living, acceptance, and truth and alignment within oneself. If you feel yourself disagreeing with the positive self talk, that means keep going it’s working and your letting those negative thoughts and limiting beliefs surface and be released. After the one month free trial, happily bewildered my therapist said, “There’s been a shift in you since I saw you two weeks ago. If anybody is on a personal growth journey, this is one thing that you need to make sure you do. It’s one of those foundations that helps you override your negative unconscious programming. I was introduced to this years ago via a book and was excited to find out that there was an app made for some of the positive self talks. So, I decided to give this app a try. And I was not disappointed! It’s so easy to use. All you have to do is just listen to it in the background. For me, I use it as I go to sleep and as soon as I wake up. It has worked wonders! I find myself being more positive and being more confident. If you read this far I want to leave you with a bonus tip that worked for me (which I’m waiting to use again) go through the self esteem positive self talks right before a job interview and you will be glowing with confidence, positivity and magnetism. I did this for 2 job interviews I had some years ago and needless to say I got both job offers. My interviewers were just so drawn to me and my confidence was through the roof! Bonus 2: listen to these positive self talks when you find yourself unemployed or just not loving yourself too much. It will help you focus on the true you not the you that goes down a negative spiral, because we all know that gets tough to climb out of sometimes but these positive self talks will help you stay focused on the positive and the positive you. I did get upset with them because I cancelled within the 30 days and didn’t use it again and I was still charged. However after complaining about it snd they said that they understood my intention was to just use the free trial and so they said they would refund my money, so I am awaiting the refund to show up on credit card. With all that said I would run back with open arms when the login in issue is fixed OR the support time gets faster with helping me back in when the log out glitch happens. I was finally able to get back in, and then decided the cost/benefit value proposition didn’t pencil. So, I canceled my membership which they made effective immediately.
