I’ve used Ziffit 4 times and have been very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the process. It’s good to know that our old books and DVDs will be of some use and we’ve also made some money out of it.

Just finished another trade. Once Ziffit get the box it is checked quickly and the money is paid into our account within 5 working days. Have used them now numerous times

Great and easy service

Two thirds of the items I scanned were rejected, and most of the ones they were willing to take were worth less than 50p. I sent off a box of items with a value of over £15, but have only received £8. A couple of books were rejected due to damaged pages, fair enough, but they also claim that two books were not received, and I know they were in the box because I checked each one off as I put them in. Surprise surprise one of the books that “wasn’t received” was the only one of value - over £5! App deleted, and I would definitely NOT recommend!

They will lie about the condition of items just not to pay you and they don’t return the item back as “their policy”. I have sent them a brand new book with invoice still and they rejected saying the pages were not clean, which is not true and I have photo evidence of it. They rejected a Xbox game too saying the disc it’s not original, which it’s not true either. Funnily enough, they do this for the highest valued items. Very convenient. Don’t trade your stuff with them. They will steal your items and money. Better to sell it off yourself on eBay or give to charity than to give it to those scammers!!

Easy scanning and collection

I’ve used the app so many times and it was all fine! Latest time I’ve tried to use it and the shipping company lost my parcel. Hard to lose as it was incredibly big and heavy. The company have since after I argued for weeks with them, agreed to give me the money I’m owed for the books. It’s been over 2 months and I have no got my money. It was £30 worth of books which you can imagine with their prices of 10p per book, was a lot of books!! Avoid, try Vinted or just give to your local charity shop.
