It constantly goes off online and many times when you try to change the temperature it actually doesn’t register in the app so you keep having to close and reopen it to try and fix the issue. When I open app it’s a blank screen or says offline much of the time. Constantly goes offline now. I had to take one of my thermostats offline because multiple times I would wake in the middle of the night sweating with the heat blasting because the heat tuens on but thermostat doesn’t say heating. I just spent a good amount of time trying to reconnect my second one because I realized it was getting too warm because it wouldn’t turn off when it reached the set temp. It kept telling me to try again over and over so I give up. 10 minutes later is randomly connected again. Please fix!!!! I never had issues with the app or thermostat before. Every so often one of my two thermostats might go off-line, but they come back. After a restart or a short period. Overall, no complaints with the operation however in the past six months or so, it has absolutely taken a turn for the worse. Every other day when I launch the app, I have to login again. It’s extremely annoying and there’s no reason for that. I use 50 other apps that maintain logins. I do expect it’s the new software update maybe a new team and the new company but you need to figure it out.
