I find the app a little hard to use and some UX copywriting is confusing. I see “1/2 item not in stock” when I choose Click & Collect even though I only have 1 item in the cart. Is that “1 or 2 item”? If I have 3 items in my cart, how do I know which is not available? It also took me a while to find “click & collect” option. 

Lastly, not related to the app, I wish Sephora staff speak up when they see customers apply lip product testers directly on their lips.

I lost my parcel on 4June 2024. I contacted to the live agent but didn’t get any response until now 7 June. Even though I reached out to the customer support multiple times, never receive any response from them. In-app live chat with the agent service is also very bad and no one respond to me. Very horrible experience and customer service is lack of accountability.
