Okay, so Sephora is my fave store, so I’m so happy they have an app.it works good but I wish the screen was bigger on some devices. Don’t get me wrong, I love Sephora and give it 5+ star reviews, but on my iPhone it’s normal, but on my iPad it’s small. Please read this.
Absolutely amazing app. I would recommend for kids 10+ because they can tell you what they want! This is amazing!!
I’ve used this app for years without issue but recently I can not complete a purchase. When I attempt to enter my address only Canada shows up. It will not allow me to enter a US address. Please fix this!!

My app hasn’t been working for at least a couple of days. The face scan approves on the IPhone end but fails on the Sephora end. Before that, I couldn’t save many items. I have the latest version.
When browsing the sale section, products that have been out of stock for months still show— if its not available why am i seeing it? Waste of time.

Even though you changed the address nearly a month back, the system will NOT catch it and will still deliver to the old address!!! I DID NOT GET MY $99.53 GIFT FROM MY SIBLINGS!!! Whoever tested this app failed. Steps to recreate: 1) Change address in your profile 2) Checkout a product 3) Select next day delivery (not sure of this matters) 4) Actually BUY something. Everything in the checkout process says the correct SHIPPING address BUT behold, email confirmation generated and it will contain INCORRECT shipping address. Sephora App is the grinch to my Christmas.
I bought a concealer two days ago with same day delivery and has yet to come. Then I get a notice that my order has been cancelled because it’s not in stock. Why would you sell the product then? The sephora in my local area never picked up my calls and I was always put on hold. Don’t recommend doing same day delivery at all. Now I have to go drive to a store and buy my concealer!
I love this app especially skincare and the makeup products but it’s very slow if I were to remove smthg from my cart it would take extremely long and then kick me out of the app
