Absolutely terrible update. Lost all favorites trips, no more real-time updates on if a train is running late, a more convoluted way to update funds if you use a Septa Key, and not to mention it logs me out every time I close the app. Sure you made it a little bit prettier but it functions like trash now

This new app is nothing but problems. Half the time info doesn’t load, the payment options don’t work, and the options for purchasing passes dont work. Such a disappointment.

The most recent update made the app unusable! I can no longer add funds in the app and cannot get my trip history, which is essential for submitting to my job for reimbursement. Please fix it!

It wasn't easy to get used to the new design of the app, but over time I figured out how to use the basic functions, including viewing the schedule. However, now I'm faced with a serious problem: when setting a route to work, the app only shows the option of walking. I used to be able to see bus routes, which helped me plan the time to leave the house in order to make it to the bus stop. It's impossible to do this right now – the app doesn't display any options other than walking. All filters are set correctly to show all possible routes, but it doesn't help. In addition, the map no longer shows the movement of buses in real time, which also makes it very difficult to use. Please fix these issues. In its current form, the application has become extremely inconvenient and practically useless for route planning.

This update is terrible. Not only are my saved daily travel route gone but it’s even harder to understand the app. I work in IT so it’s easier for me to learn and understand interfaces. This is god awful! The last interface was ok at best, and it was easier to understand. The trip search doesn’t work. All it gives me is walking time no matter what mode of transport I choose; whether I select one, all, or none. The schedule is inaccurate as well. I have to switch inbound and outbound in order to get it to work properly and even then, I’m not getting the times I need. I have to resort to Google maps to see the immediate train schedule. Neither apps are accurate with delays but even the old version delays were inaccurate. The only thing this app is good for is managing my Key Card. A terrible app made worse. So glad my taxes are going to the UIX app designers for this trash; sarcasm.

the new update is HORRIBLE! It won’t let me add money to my SEPTA key, they moved the feature where you could see where the bus was in real time, it is sooo glitchy! I’m switching to the Transit app, it’s so much better

If you ever forget your password, good luck. Resetting your password is a nightmare. Even the temporary password is sent to you via email will not work. Someone in the IT department needs to be fired.

the septa app was previously pretty useful but is no longer user friendly and lacks key information to properly time my commute. no longer easy to tell if train is arriving on the expected time. it was nice when the app told you a train was late especially is it was 20+ minutes because then you could temper your expectations and plan accordingly as you would know it’s a possibility it would run even later due to certain circumstances. i miss the old app. i will continue to use this one because there is basically no alternative but i’m not happy about it

Not sure what the purpose of this app is now. The app lost next to arrive. If all it shows is schedules then just keep a website up to date.

My apologies, i don’t mean to come off so harsh. What i don’t understand is why Septa allowed for their ONLY useful features (next to arrive) to be removed and replaced by a searchbar that does nothing but tell me how long its going to take an hour to walk to my destination. Why is that even an option?!?? JUST SHOW ME WHEN TRAIN TIMES ARE!! Why has this new update actually made an already bad app worse, but it looks nice though right? Why is it impossible for me to find the time trains arrive to take me to my destination without a specific rail line. Am i supposed to favorite every single regional rail route to be able to see when trains show up to my station???? DO NOT UPDATE.
