Try adding anything to your wallet and it literally is impossible. Every time I try to add my WWCC clearance, it opens a Service VIC website that is the jumping off point for getting a NEW Working With Children Clearance. WTAF? Arch how it hides another page almost instantly. $100 says that page that gets hidden is the one you need.

What paralysis of intellect gave birth to this abomination of an app. Developers are beyond incompetent and clearly UAT is an afterthought.

It is total rubbish, it is ptsd inducing stress and anxiety. There needs to be a class action against the Victorian government. I dare you to try and apply for the solar rebate. I have tried that many times I nearly had a mental breakdown ,it tells you in the app that it will send you a security code to your email and you have 10 mins to use it, but when you discover that you never receive that email then you go on a circuit of hell. So then you attempt to go back to the app and have to add all your information again until you get to the dead end where it tells you again that you will get emailed a security code, round and round you go again. There is no solution , no email, and you can’t solve it , therefore no rebate! Smoke and mirrors by the Victorian Government. I just want to smash my phone, there is no one to talk to, no one to fix it. It’s just bad luck, no rebate!!

Recently relocated to Victoria and downloaded the app. Trying to add the seniors card & Drivers licence. After identifying myself, it refuses to accept either. 

Is there a waiting period before you can add these cards? If so, why not put that as a pop up screen to advise. Will try again in a week. 

 Very poor as this was never a problem with the NSW app.

Why would you release a feature such as digital licence and exclude young drivers on P’s and L’s (who are more likely to use a digital licence) from registering on the app. If you release a feature, allow all car drivers to use it - otherwise don’t send me an email saying my Digital Licence is read to be added. Victoria is so far behind in using technology it’s not even funny. Can’t even tap on or off on public transport from you’re phone…. in 2024!

I applied and paid for the NDIS WSC in November last year. I canceled this soon after and eventually received a full refund. I now want to apply again as I have been offered work with an NDIS provider, but my Service Victoria app still says pending for the original application. I need this removed so I can apply again, so I can work. I have been told I can apply ‘manually’ (30 page document) and may take 2 months to process!! Surely there is something you can do to make this easier? Can my original NDIS WSC application be removed so I can get on? I’ve had no other issues with the app.
