## ServiceNow Agent Description
ServiceNow Mobile Agent app delivers out-of-the-box, mobile-first experiences for the most common service desk agent workflows, making it easy for agents to triage, act on and resolve requests on the go. The app enables service desk agents to promptly manage and resolve end user issues from their mobile devices. Agents use the app’s intuitive interface to accept and update work even without Internet connectivity. The app greatly simplifies work by leveraging native device capabilities for tasks like navigation, barcode scanning, or collecting a signature.​​

The app comes with out-of-the-box workflows for service desk agents in IT, Customer Service, HR, Field Services, Security Ops and IT Asset Management. Organizations can easily configure and extend the workflows to meet their own unique needs. ​​

I don’t know if this app is supposed to be integrated with or by our service now administration team but for me personally it is junk.  I have taken the advice of all the other field service team members and just use the desktop version in a web browser on our phone or laptops.

The app works ok but has some unfinished features. I come into the app because of notifications but there’s no way to get to the notifications directly, I have to go into the more menu then notifications and then I have to force refresh to see them. 

The notification list isn’t updated to “read” when you process the item in the list directly so you have to go into notifications all the time to clear them.  Also the notification list has no search or sort or filter for the work and notifications aren’t customizable. 

The actual UI failed to load and display some information properly and I usually have to use the web page to get stuff done. Things like attached documents are spotty at best.

Please set up this important feature 
Most of Preventive maintenance service call are the same for the same customer 
Sometimes I have 20 identical rooms per day and the only difference is the room number 
Having the duplicate feature save me time to focus more on testing than writing reports again and again for 20 times 
Without this feature the job has to be done in 1.5 days instead 1 day which is a revenue loss since this is an SLA

Out of the box, this app is useless. Looking at unassigned tickets just shows you the numbers of tickets, not the content. Other areas of the apps are just as useless, even the older ServiceNow app was more useful than this.
