The app works pretty well - better than any other VoIP Softphone I’ve tried. iOS call kit integration is its main selling point for me. There’s a few times though where conference calls don’t connect properly (some callers can hear each other but other times they can’t - requires the call to be ended and started again). 
It also interrupts music playback a bit for reasons I’m a bit unsure about... its like a fake call is started and then hangs up (so with my Bluetooth headphones it stops playback because it thinks a call is coming through).

Had the free version for a couple of years, but then the functionality was throttled so I had to upgrade. Had been using the Pennytel (free) version for a couple of years, but that stopped working under iO5 .

I tried a lot of similarly-priced softphones and this performed the best.  Audio is a little glitchy but not so much as to be a problem. Good interface, quite stable, works in the background. Works well on the iPad too.
