I've been using this app since February and so far its been amazing.. The design is sleek, Its easy for my clients to navigate and just the over all simplicity is spot on!! I would love to be able to add photos or have my clients have a space to add a reference photo as I am a Nail Technician and this would make the back & forth so much easier for those who book directly through the system
Terrible!!
I signed up & paid for this booking system in June it’s now August & it’s still not functional!! Nothing is working can’t add bookings, keep being told there are technical problems!! So over it, still waiting now for it to be solved.

Perfect for my massage business
Kia Ora, Setmore has been so easy to use for the one month I have had it. All of my customers could book a time easily. Being able to make some contact info a required field has been great and it’s easy to send confirmation texts through the app. I am a mobile therapist so the address field is also really helpful for me. I also have set hours but need time off here and there to look after my baby so the slot blocker feature is a blessing. So far so good. Nga mihi

Lots of unresolved issues
Patient get reminder even if not booked in, patient don’t get reminder if the appointment is made a couple of weeks in advanced. A lot of money for those mistakes !
