The best app for work!!! Love it!

Disaster

I m not a new user and I used this app on the last 5 years for my studio. It s very useful and it's not to expensive but here are some good and bad things that you need to compare before you use it. 1. It s full of bugs and they aren't capable to fix them. They will request you several screenshots and infos and maybe you will step back. 2. You have Indian support. Every time you will try to report something you will need to brace karma an call Jesus for help. It s very hard to skip over the support guys and get directly to the developers. ( They don't understand what you exactly wanna say and just will just approve you but in the fact they didn't got the point) 3. The premium service - Sms support This one has also some bugs some times - the clients seems that they don't get the Sms reminder and forgot to cancel or to come at studio. I had a day when I got 3 cancellation because of this. (They don't got the reminder) After some long discussions with the support guys it seems that I m the only one that reports this problem and the other users never faced with it and here they can't help me with nothing because it's the problem of their Sms provider. 4. On the new mobile phones the app doesn't fit perfectly (iPhone 12 mini ) also on a laptop with a different screen size ( 13.3 my example) where I reported a fittement issue of the appointments and nothing changed untill today. ( Report - March/April) I can continue a long story about this but nothing will help me. I will hope that they will change the Indians guys (it seems they aren't capable to handle it ) or I hope for more to find another provider of online appointments system. Thank you also for the other good things!

Awful new version !

Been using this app since 2018, im looking for an alternative. This new version is a joke . Things that usually took 1 clock now take 3, u cant see even the amount or the client of a specific service when booked on the fly u have to do like 7585 click to see the useful info. In addition the address now needs like 3 clicks or 4 to see the location of a certain client , we book based on location or schedule. THIS UPDATE IS A NIGHTMARE.

Frustrating Change, Overall Great App

Setmore is a wonderful scheduling app that is quite useful once you get the hang of it. about the different features it has like the booking page and the CRM features like emailing customers for reviews. Recently, they just made a change to the app. previously when you were changing the business hours, it would also give you the option to change your staff hours along with it. Now this does not appear to be an option, which can be quite frustrating when you’re dealing with multiple staff hours in a seasonal business. hopefully, they can change back to the way it was also I wish they had an option for coupon codes, and the option for users to join a waitlist if the entire schedule is booked up

please give option to revert back to old user interface, it he new schedule looks awful and hard to use

Very good app

I'm using this app for a few months and so far is excellent, the only thing I add to it is Dark Mode.. Dark mode for me is very necessary due my vision, it's make it easier to read... But the app is great guys..very nice
