In general, this app works. I mainly use it for making sure my mother's "fall watch" is charged. There seem to be some inherent delays between the watch's charge state and what this app reports which I haven't quite put my finger on but which I assume are not wanting to "probe" the watch too often over SMS. I was, however, irked to be asked to write a review, tap "later", but be taken to the App Store app anyway. Well, you're getting your review: DON'T DO THAT! It is rude.

I paid for the watch, but why do I need to pay more to have the ads removed? The ads are unbearable and each time I try to listen to a message from my 7year old I need to wait for the ads first. I wouldn’t buy this watch again. Also, the location is inaccurate. I bought it so I knew where my child is at all times but I often get the wrong location… for example when she is at school it shows that she is two streets away in a house.

Works pretty well , the ads are a bit of a pain though , they didn’t say when purchasing the watch that you would have to pay to stop ads on the app , but apart from that the watch is decent for the price , calls and text work fine , the gps is a bit slow but it works ok in Australia so far so good . Fairly positive experience.

I’ve never had any Apple App that has sooooo many ads….. stay away from this provider for you own sake

Needs improvement

I don’t understand why ads are there when we paid for watch, also no accurate location, no accurate time. Really pathetic service. Also when I try to update it always says the watch doesn’t have enough coverage.

Have the watch. Works well, a bit too sensitive, will set it off if you are shaking out clothes etc. Definitely need to do something about the gps. More often than not, even when resetting, it doesn’t come up with the right address, maybe the same street, but not house or even block.

The user experience and overall UI needs a lot of work,but the most appalling aspect of this app is the ads. This is a vital health care app that is supposed to be for care and emergency, yet they have the audacity to have ads. Ads which not only take over the entire screen, but also give the impression you need to upgrade the app. It is simply shocking that the developers don’t have the capacity to see how bad that is. Even when you pay for the subscription, the app is confusing and dated. Disappointing.

The app works and is improving all the time. It would be good to be able to delete photos, logs and call registers etc. it is best without ads.

The App rarely shows my actual address. I am often located kms away from where I am.
