I am unable to connect the new watch… kindly give me an alternative that entering the IMEI since it the app keeps on saying wrong number!

the app is not working right any more
I can not set up the time and date any more, we did not use the watches for a while after we charged them again. although the devices of my kids are connected with the app on my mobile. not time and date were corrected, no chat messages recieved. no real battery percentage shown. this is really annoying
Nice but
Tooo much advertising ( about 2 advertisements each time I log in to the application) I need to get reach to my child as much as possible

Very stupid app
This is supposed to be an emergency application used by parents to contact their kids mostly in emergencies. What Actually happens is once you open the app you need 5 minutes of stupid ads before you could actually use the application. Veryyyyy stupid and doesn’t fulfill the required usage of it.
We need to turn off ads
Ads takes long time if I need to know where is my kid at the moment
Not showing location
we bought 2 watches! none of them show the exact location, the difference is 3 km. the application is full of advertisements, which is not right, if we bought the device, why would we have to pay for the application as well?! especially access to it should be quick and accurate because it concerns children.

What is registration code I install and it written in watch and can’t download

It fine but too many adds sometimes i cant save a number because of the add that shows down the page

This app is supposed to be for kids , how come you’re allowing porn ads to be displayed on it !!!!!
