No connection between device and mobile
Lately I am not able to connect the device with mobile. It keeps prompting either “no network connection or no WiFi connection or it’s offline.” It shows I’m on sleep mode and I can find this sleep mode option anywhere. Please assist.
Excessive ads
I feel like we are hold hostage by these ads. We already bought this device for our children and there are intrusive ads which will not allow us to pick up calls on emergency as we must watch each ads for 5 seconds and more with deceptive buttons which can’t be clicked and will be clicked to ads why trying to pick up calls. Very bad practice.
Disgrace.
It is an application made for advertising purposes only. I have to use it for my child's watch or I will never use it. Do not use it in public places because you will encounter a lot of pornographic ads. It's a filthy application beyond disgrace.
No registration code
Very sad to say apps cannot be downloaded. Setracker2 cannot confirm registration code.
GPS tracking is inaccurate
Got the watch to track my child but the locations shown are always inaccurate. Please fix it.
Location
Accuracy of the location should be improve otherwise, the app is kids friendly user
LBS location is not accurate
The rest all good except for the LBS location detector is not accurate roughly around 10kms away on the exact watch location. Please improve more on that. Cause that is most crucial to detect my kid’s exact location for their safety
buy same watch but diferent function
hi dev i buy two watch for my kid, after connect the apps with both watch, i found some function are not available such as “remote photo” “health”, how i can enable this function? thank you
Good app but with advertisement
App working good but since we paid for the device, shouldn’t come with advertisements when using the app.
