Muy mal producto
Compré un reloj y al verificar el código del Imei en esta aplicación no lo reconoce. Mal servicio. Dónde se consigue soporte?
No vale para nada
A mis dos hijos se les regalo el reloj y no hay maneras de que funcione esta app, la localización no funciona. Por favor alguien podría ayudarnos para saber cómo configurarlo?

No detecta ninguna tarjeta SIM actual española el reloj vinculado a esta app
Mejorable
La aplicación tiene anuncios. Para un reloj infantil no te deja ni personalizar el fondo de pantalla. La localización por GPS muy mejorable, el error de precisión es más de 50 metros. El aspecto de la app se ve bastante antiguo.
No funciona videollamadas
Cuando intento hacer una videollamada me salta el mensaje “Connect to server failed” y en español “el número de amigos ha alcanzado el límite”. Curiosa traducción por cierto.

La localización GPS es regular y TIENE ANUNCIOS 😱😱

La verdad que he tenido problemas con la contraseña, y ahora estoy intentando ponerle contactos en la agenda y no puedo, la verdad que no va bien , pero claro sino funciona bien la aplicación no funciona bien el reloj.

Compramos el reloj y lo hemos devuelto, marca que está a más de4km y lo tengo a 20cm, una basura no lo recomiendo a nadie
No funciona la localización GPS
Lo único que le falla es la localización, pero claro,para mí es lo más importante se quedó pillado en un lugar y siempre marca el mismo .
