It’s all about routines
Seven effectively integrates exercise into daily routines at home, engaging all muscle groups subtly and enjoyably. It’s user-friendly and ideal for maintaining fitness in a balanced, fun way.
Nice workouts
Using occasionally sevens routines as non subscribed, I’ve learned to enjoy this ”new” kind of training ( been running swimmin cycling).

It’s really good app

Appreciate the -weeekly reminders even though they might seem to be ignored. Often I fail to arrange suiteble circumstances: to exclude the help of 2 eager dachshunds, they love to help up the push-ups and planks. Also it takes some hours to make fire and warm up a space for the exercise, it is currently -16C outside. And it may take an hour or 2 to prepare the fire woods first. Finally, when ready for the 7 minutes program, I find myself too stiff to change position from standing to supine to prone etc. All this may sound as if I just wasn’t motivated, but it is not quite the case. Ps. I will soon be 72, but have keep in shape until 90 to pay my loans.
