A great app to get you on the move
Seven is definitely a great app! Its user interface is great, the variety of exercises and the great community motivates you to start moving to achieve your fitness goals! Thumbs up!!!
Just knows what u have to do
Really good app
Seven- made me a different person!
I downloaded this app because I was insecure of my body.As a student , I couldn’t handle anymore those stares, whispers and misjudgment. So I took action.NOT FOR PEOPLE , but for me, for my health. I started doing those workouts , (it’s really suitable for ppl who’s can’t afford it!)and In the first days it was….really awful. I wanted to give up. BUT, the app helped my stay determined by giving me options. For example, I had an injury in my knee long ago and it made workouts suitable for weak knees! I succeed and I’m really proud of my self now. I hope you get inspired too! Please remember that you’re amazing no matter how your body is ❤️.

Great up but..
It doesn't sync with the health app when running from the ipad.
More plans need
Very good app, I would like to have more plans to select though. I totally recommend the app.
Nice app for beginners
A variety of drills, pretty clear explanations, seems to work ok (if the gym is not an option)
Synchronization problems
The app has problem of synchronization to the AppleWatch. Only the basic two workouts appear in the watch and not the unlocked ones.
