שלום הייתי מצפה לתוכנית יותר מותאמת אישית לדוגמא שאלה אחרי כל אימון או לפחות בהתחלה על דרגת הקושי ( עד כמה היה קשה ) עד כמה הצלחת לעשות את כל הסט ? נראה שזה לא מתחשב בנתונים שלך ויש תרגילים שאני לא מצליח לעשות ואז צריך להתחשב בכך ולהתאים לזה תרגיל אחר

It helped me lose 10 lb of weight and now I have abs. I look like a Victoria’s Secret model but it does have cons. It keeps asking me if I want to join the club which I need to pay for which I rather do for free but otherwise it’s a 5 out of 5 stars you should try it out
