It’s based on the UK Food Standards Agency “Safer Food Better Business” pack for caterers plus materials and guidance provided on HACCP principles in the territories of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Download the App, add your premises details and subscribe. You can try it out for FREE for the first 90 days. After that the subscription is just GBP £4.99 per month (inclusive) per premises. You’ll never need to print out another SFBB page, or diary sheet. You’ll never lose it. It’s
there, on your smartphone or tablet. Your SFBB+ App records will always be clean, tidy and in order, and always available to you and the Inspector.

We’ve used this app for a few years now. Easy to use, effective, efficient and when we had an Environmental Health visit they were pleased we were using it. We had always been a 5 star restaurant but on one visit the paperwork had been misplaced and the owner away though we produced that days paper forms, a strict Environmental Officer refused to accept that we hadn’t all the paperwork leaving us with a disappointing 1 star. We produced the documents the next day but it was no use as we had been downgraded.
