Unethical Devs
The save and load feature are very confusing so I ended up losing most of the gems and tickets from my purchase. I reported the bug and they ended up giving me a code to restore my gems and tickets. After entering the code. I got charged for it. I thought the code with rectify the lost items they charged me through that code. I filed a refund request to Apple because of the duplicate charge and now they are messing with me. All of the legendary weapons I pull are all epic weapons turned legendary. I love the game but the devs here are all ripped off. I tried sending them an email but no-one get back at me. Please, I just want to enjoy the game. I don’t even care about the refund anymore. Just let me play game and remove the whatever thing you added on my account that stops me from getting legendary items!
