This game is pretty solid. I'm not gonna glaze it like some of the reviews, but the other half of the reviews are hating on it like crazy for nothing. There are definitely some collision glitches that can make progress frustrating, but it really doesn't ruin the game. The platforming is clever and well thought out and switching between foreground and background is always a fun gimmick in platformers. Overall I really don't understand why tweaking so hard, its a good game, give it a try.

I don't understand why the 12 previous ratings were not all 5 stars this game is very well made and it's fun and the soundtrack is second to none that's how good it is and the gfx do t even get me started and how flawless the 16 and 32 bit pixel merging is on this one it's flawlessly done good job dev did u use Gdevelop to create this?? The character does look like a default from that game engine hahhaa

The Game is good but there are two bugs one is on the start of level four were the screen starts to shake violently and only stops when i leave the area you spawn in. And two the buttons to move left and right don’t always respond correctly overall the game is fun but please fix the bugs that I listed yours truly gamer boy 231 😊. update: i found another bug. in the first boss battle when you defeat the money bag boss the game is supposed to give you a piece of the moon but when i beat him it doesn’t give me the moon piece. i am the type of gamer to get every single secret in a game but until this bug is fixed I won’t be able to get the good ending of the game for this reason I’ll have to change my rating from four stars to three. again developer if you are reading this PLEASE fix this bugs only then I’ll give your game a five star rating. Last update hopefully: okay all of the levels that feature the jungle forest type environment are buggy the screen shakes when starting a level that has that type of environment also all four of the bosses are buggy I thought only the first boss was but nope all four of them don’t give you moon pieces when you defeat them I’m playing on an iPad pro with a m2 apple chip I’m starting to get tired of writing so I won’t say this again please fix these bugs until then I’m bumping my rating down to two stars developer please release a update to fix the bugs i mentioned in this once small now turned into a paragraph of a review please 🙏. Update the moon piece bug in the first boss is fixed 🎉 but the other bosses are still buggy. Update it’s been a month and some of the glitches I listed have not been fixed changing my rating to one star until fixed.

Great game, I checked out the YouTube video you posted and it turns out I made a great choice! Though there's a lag spike on iOS that happens randomly only in this game. I love the inclusion of going into the 2nd layer of the background which is the shadow which makes the game more fun! There's also a bug that makes the forest level camera flicker up and down and it can affect our eyes, a bug where you can swim on the floor aka the swim animation and you can swim while on shadow mode
