They provide the delivery agent’s phone number, but the agent doesn’t even answer calls. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and very disappointing. -- chala jaa, 2026-10-16 ### *---- "Worst delivery company ever" I had a delivery from this company and I was waiting at home to receive it. The delivery guy called me and told that he’s keeping the parcel at security guard. I told him to come to my home and deliver it as I was available at home, but he clearly disconnected the call and was not picking my call. -- Sandeep911, 2026-10-15 ### *---- "Doesn’t even let me log in" It says my number is invalid. And doesn’t let me login. But the website works fine. Please fix the bug -- Kakashi is home, 2026-10-15 ### *---- "Trash app and trash services" One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever encountered. My package was delayed for more than two weeks from the promised date And the option to cancel the package on the app was not working, so I tried contacting customer support through the app. To no one’s surprise that was also not working. App lets you track your package and nothing more. I would’ve given zero starts of if I could for the overall experience. Ps delivery agents are trash as well . I suggest you guys to use Delhivery or any other courier companies. Even post office delivery services are faster and smoother than these guys -- Furarriii, 2026-10-15 ### *---- "Invalid token" Invalid token -- Temprarry, 2026-10-14 ### *---- "Useless App" Not sure why this app is created only to track a order. That to they delay and delivery partners no respond to our calls. The tickets we create in app just give random number no way to track the updates on the ticket. The support is only one email provided nothing where they does not even respond. Useless app useless service. -- Anurag Bonde, 2026-10-14 ### *---- "The worst delivery partner" The worst delivery service and partner -- Ahi_1809, 2026-10-14 ### *---- "Bugs" Entering mobile number to track courier but saying “Invalid Token” -- Aman Panchal, 2026-10-14 ### *---- "They don’t know what they are doing" I’m small business owner chasing Shadowfax team for almost 2 months for a reverse order. They have zero accountability, no coordination between the operation and field teams, zero transparency. The field executive at least in our area is super rude, never on time and if you ask him to wait for even a minute, he refuses and runs off, extremely unprofessional. Shadowfax is getting accounts by providing low cost but that’s all a sham, may be to get funding and show investors how many accounts they serve. The service is super pathetic. Also, the website is not user friendly, I can’t even track my reverse pick up. Would never recommend Shadowfax to anyone, better spend a little money than losing your products. -- Swativerma9, 2026-10-13 ### *---- "The worst delivery company especially the one with in gurgoan sector 52" My order hv been on delayed for like 10days am just receiving reattemp msgs no call nothing , when i call no body is answering but it’s out for delivery every day -- Irene tuna, 2026-10-08 ### *---- "Bad experience" Bad experience -- Bimal22, 2026-10-07 ### *---- "Worst" Please have a decent delivery team who can speak with some decency . Just now got the medicine delivery from Netmeds and the delivery person refused to deliver the medicine to flat as he was not having a time to wait for the lift and became abusive with the resident in the lift at ground floor and started fighting with Service lift opera and security and even abused me with threat that ghar mai ghush ke marunga . I think that’s why the rating is 3 star -- AshiAshu, 2026-10-07 ### *---- "Delivery of Nedmeds medicines" The courier has delayed the shipment by 3 days. Today the courier delivery man gave a missed call instead of coming to my house and ringing the bell. When I called back he states because his call was not picked up immediately he cannot deliver the parcel today. Why did he not come to the house and ring door bell? Shocking service indeed. -- webzxc, 2026-10-07 ### ****- "Delivery app" Good for tracking and contacting the delivery partner not so good for customer support -- Eshi1410, 2026-10-06 ### *---- "Worst service" They delay the delivery of parcel for 5-6 days and the delivery partner doesn’t picks the call and blocks for no reason. Worst experience. -- Satyammehra12, 2026-10-05 ### *---- "SCAM APP/ FRAUD" My friend had placed order trusting the courier partner. But it turned out scam as usual the app is showing order is out for delivery since 4 days, delivery guy is also not picking up call. THIS APP SHOULD BE BANNED -- Sashaasasa, 2026-10-03 ### *---- "Fraud" Very bad experience with the Shadowfax Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore centre. My product was already picked up, but the pickup was not updated in the system. After taking my product, the pickup person asked me for an OTP and used a cancellation OTP, which resulted in the pickup being cancelled even though the product had already been taken. I tried calling and messaging the pickup person multiple times, but my calls were disconnected and I received no proper response. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. -- Chauhan deek, 2026-10-01 ### *---- "Worst delivery app" The worst -- Nicksindiannnn, 2026-09-30 ### *---- "Scam/Fraud Company" 🚨 Lets all report this company on Instagram and also lets start a campaign to ban this company for life. Text to me who is with me and i will take the first step to do it but i need your support guys. ⚠️‼️ Please DM me here @thatbabechick (this is fake account bcz of privacy concerns but i will reply here) My order was shipped on 19th and i was hoping to get it by 20 but it showed that i will get it by 23 and now its 25 already and still no contact and showing delayed order. Very unprofessional this company should be banned forever -- Iamamanjain, 2026-09-25 [View all Shadowfax Courier Delivery App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Shadowfax Courier Delivery App Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Kostenlos | Indien | Business | #25 | --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io/de) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
