Why is it so complicated
This expensive app has bad wifi and most of the apps doesn’t even work if I would give it a 0 star I would
Rubbish internet
Don’t buy it! Expensive price with totally can’t be used internet service! Set unreasonable rule that not refunded although it can’t be used! Double charge customers with app price and internet price! Please not open the internet app if I don’t know! Rubbish! Return my money! I will give this app 0 star if the Apple Store allow me! A really bad app used experience!

There is no way for me to contact the live agent/customer service in the app. And I still unable to access to YouTube in China even though I have paid for the VPN…. I hope u will come to me and solve the issue.
UNSTABLE PLS FIX IT ASAP
it’s been few days that I can’t login to bank app , very inconvenient. (usually it only takes a day ) Please fix it asap thank you . Currently in China * Have not much problem until today * Hope your team can resolve this ASAP. Thank you
