At least you should check Google Maps. It's better than the S'hail app. It shows the exact time and current location of the bus. It's very useful for passengers to manage their rush. 
Or I think the developer team doesn't have competent engineers. Right?

I’m very disappointed with the Shail app. It’s a major downgrade compared to Wojhati, which was much more reliable and user-friendly. One of the biggest issues is the lack of real-time updates for buses, which makes it extremely difficult to plan trips effectively. Shail feels clunky and unintuitive, and it’s frustrating to see such a drop in quality for public transportation services in Dubai. I strongly urge the developers to bring back Wojhati or implement significant improvements to Shail.

I am living around 9 years here in UAE and mostly in Dubai but never get Taxi from this app I tried many times to book it 1st it didn’t booked at all if luck get booked then never reached to me, time keeps changing from 2 minutes to 25 minutes sometimes but never got taxi. Recently 2 days i was outside with family it’s residential area but more half it took to just get booking dispatch and never reached after that

Just tried to recharge my card for AED 30 using the app and it deducted balance from my debit card but showed error on screen after entering otp. The balance did not reflect in my card and does not even show in the pending amount.
Did not expect this at all. Very disappointed.
