ShapeBuilder educates & entertains your little one with easy to move shapes that snap into place on top of silhouette puzzles. Each puzzle has 5 to 10 pieces & after positioning all of the pieces, the real image is revealed along with a professional voice recording of the word spoken by a licensed speech therapist that specializes in early child development. ShapeBuilder encourages cognitive thinking & fine motor skills plus exposes young minds to new music instruments, animals, produce, objects & the alphabet in a fun & engaging format with LOTS of sound effects!

Designed for kids! No menu buttons on the puzzles to get in the way of game play!

I’v had this shape builder app for about 3 years now. My daughter loved it and learned how to do it quickly. Now my 2 yr old son absolutely loves this app. I showed him how to do it when he was 15 months. I think it teaches him a lot of eye/hand coordination and word association.  He was so upset about it not updating to IOS 11. He always grabs my phone and says “shapes mama”. I had to tell him that it needs to be updated. I emailed the developer and now it’s updated for IOS 11!! He will be so excited to be able to play shapes again.😁 Thank you so much for updating his favorite app. 👏🏼👏🏼 👍🏼

This is a great puzzle for my son with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  He loves puzzles but does not have the fine motor skills to manipulate pieces and this is perfect for him.  The pieces snap into place easily.  He can be independent in this puzzle and it's one of his favorites.  I should say that he is 21 years old but this is his skill and interest level.

The only thing that we would like is more puzzles like this.

We were leery of downloading an application for our 2 1/2 year old but boy were we wrong! ShapeBuilder is the perfect application for our son when we are waiting in a doctor's office or restaurant. Plus we love to sit on the couch together as a family and go through 10 or 20 puzzles, he simply loves it. The puzzles are challenging but simple enough that a child under 3 can figure them out. The graphics are vibrant and an excellent mix of animals, people, objects and more. And most importantly, the sounds are superb! The payoff for completing a puzzle correctly, the reading of the word and a fun sound that accompanies it, which our son loves. Overall, we highly recommend Shape Builder. There isn't a better $.99 you can spend on iTunes if you are a parent. Enjoy!

I have a 20 month old boy and he loves this app. It is easy for him to use and he really likes the sounds and pictures.  It's great that he is learning the names for all the letters and has fun with it. Highly recommend this app. It's worth the 99 cents to get the full version.

### **--- "No sound effects on iPhone?!"
My 2 yo daughter loves this on the iPad, with all the sounds. On both of our iPhones, the game is the same but no sounds, and she gets annoyed with it. There seems to be no way to toggle sound on/off on the phone. Is audio not included in the iPhone version? This bug prevents it from being a 5-star app for us. Fix it, and I'll review with 5-star rating.
