I wanted to use the app to book a ride for AHM 2023. Upon multiple submissions for more than a week, I did not receive a single OTP, and the rides are sold out.

I wanted to use the app to book a ride for AHM 2023. Upon multiple submissions for more than a week, I did not receive a single OTP, and the rides are sold out.
I paid for a trip which was cancelled. The second time I used it, because it wasn’t so clear how to pay with your existing credit, I was charged again leaving me with 2 trip credit. I understand that during covid there was not many passengers travelling to work so they cancelled some services, but don’t offer it if it’s not gonna be available. Now my credits have disappeared so they basically just took my money. I asked for a refund got no reply. AVOID
The app is quite glitchy, cannot send SMSes and cannot view where the bus is too. On the bus, it was warm too! I took it for the income eco run. We paid 9bucks for aircon bus, didn’t we?
On the app bus shows will pick up by 7:15 AM but never got the bus before 7:35 and never reached office by 9. The driver is so careless, even if you are at the busstop and if the bus has stopped little farther or before the actual busstop he will not wait until we walk towards the bus.
The app’s performance is very bad. It takes very long to load the content of a page. Sometimes it even stuck at the loading screen and restarting the app doesn’t app. Hope the development team can look into the performance issue for iOS.
Great and reliable App to book ticket for bus boarding ahead. The tracking function becomes available only when passenger have checked in which is a good function, I think, but for first-timer, I was not sure if I should check in before boarding or on boarding. I had to refer back to instructions stating that you have to check in from 15mins before boarding. Bus was on time too. Bus code works well. Just show code to board. Overall happy with App.
Poor app, I want to throw away my phone after I use this poor app
the booking process is simple and intuitive. just wish they would include the “dates selected” in the confirmation summary page before we confirm payment. I keep second guessing myself and having to go back to the dates selection page and re-select the dates again as a double-check.
