Every time i need to take 30 mins to clean up and delays my appointments. They compensate vouchers for next booking. Which is useless because the next car is filthy too. And the voucher doesnt compensate me the current trip which i needed to extend. However, the existing hirer doesnt arrived on time & the Shariot customer service had to cancel my booking. After cancelled, the customer service mentioned that they will refund the amount 2-7 working days but they didnt refunded to me still. I tried to email Shariot on the refund, no reply. Ask the customer service, the customer service damn useless. I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS NOT TO DOWNLOAD THE APP TO AVOID SUCH EXPERIENCE LIKE ME. I received an email from them 1 day before I’m using the car. The email shows my booking was cancelled due to maintenance of the car. I understand the rules and regulations they have the right to make changes. How about my right? My money? Refunding of money takes few working days. This is so unacceptable. No replacement of car one thing. Two first drive were fine but the last one was horrible. As the policy need to keep min 1/4 fuel tank so drivers will try to do it exactly 1/4. Got to take pic before started but just once I started it dropped 1 bar. So I got to pump in fuel and it goes to 1/2 tank which I didn’t really use the extra as I pumped when I returned. Was not able to claim back the fuel money since they claimed that only when we received the car with lesser than 1/4 than we could claim! It was literally dropped the moment I started, but still not be able to get refund at least for extra bars that I pumped in. Moreover I had to extend my duration just to go petrol station to pump in fuel. Not worth the money and I think it’s quite dangerous too coz drivers were kinda anxious keep looking at the petrol bars! What if just before we park back and the bar drop 1 bar less than 1/4? I feel the fuel policy is ridiculous. Used to use other platform only used this coz those days that other platform was not available. And just for info, that other platform even gave us point reward if we helped to pump in fuel. Online help center took 30 mins to unlock the car on one instance and made me wait under the hot sun. Car displayed brake warning sign on third day of rental. Informed help center and I returned the car earlier for safety reasons. Asked for compensation for the stressful experience and wrote in to the link and I got no response at all and it has been more than a month. Very disappointing experience. The reminder for this appears at the last page which does not allow me to go back, therefore I had no choice but to press the one and only option, ie. to end the trip. May I suggest you put this reminder the page after we select End Trip and before all the pictures and questions that we need to submit?
