SHEIN - Shopping Online

I am writing to express my UTTER dissatisfaction with Shein. I am still waiting for my refund which i have requested since 22/10/2024. You customer service kept saying the payment was unsuccessful and asked for Paypal or refund to Shein wallet. I told that i do not have Paypal account nor do i want the refund to be credited to Shein wallet! I asked for the bank’s reason but they are still checking with THE TEAM! Omg. Give me my money back.

After I paid, the system showed that I had not paid. Customer service did not respond and I could not get a refund!

Let me use up my points without limitations for the product, why only can 30% off the total item amount???!!!

ive requested to withdraw my money from shein wallet to my bank since 24 of july and haven’t received it yet, today is september 6 already, and the customer service doesnt even solve my problem at all, so fkin stupid..

would love shein more if they add more high end fragrances despite a lots of luxury brand is available in their app

Used to love shein more than the other shopping channel. But since point collectes only be able to use points collected up to 30% of goods price only compare to before this, I’m no longer interested in collecting daily points and buy from shein. Currently thinking either to uninstall or not this apps.

SHEIN used to be incredibly fast with shipping and now they’ve gotten so slow, it used to take me just a few days to receive a parcel now it’s well over a week. It’s very frustrating because all you can do is expedite it but they don’t have an option to pay extra for quick shipping. They also constantly change their local dispatchers so it’s hard to get a hold of certain ones if you just want to pick up a parcel from the warehouse. My advise is to stick with Flash because they’re fast and there’s no fuss. J&T is okay as well but Ninjavan is the worst and I don’t know why they even used that as an option. I just want to pick up my parcel myself at this point because I need it urgently and I don’t even have the right information from the dispatcher. This may not be SHEIN’s fault but they should have their own dispatcher and allow customers to pay extra for their convenience. It’s so frustrating that they always change it.
