SHEIN-Shopping Online

I received wrong package yesterday. Someone else’s package was sent to me and they don’t have any direct customer service to call and address that issue. I am waiting since 2 days now and i only received a link which says “return” and which is not working. And I am pretty much regular customer of Shein, this is what happened with me.

Servers are always down, attempted a huge shop nothing saved to my basket but the price still went up.

This app is scamming people, order stuff 3 weeks ago and still not receive it and I check where my stuff are today it’s at Ghana 😂😂 never ever ever getting anything from this app again, I call this app legal online scammer.

You get what you pay for unfortunately! There’s ‘inexpensive’ and then there’s ‘cheap.’ This stuff is cheap in the worst way. The product quality was the inferior sort we’ve come to expect from these mass-produced, cheap Chinese goods—very low indeed! The app itself is passable. Customer support might as well be non-existent, as several abysmal experiences taught us. My husband and I were just left to pull our hair out. Neither of us will ever return.

So I just came across this and I think it’s unfair that shein points expire. You try to save them up but they get taken away from you as they expire after a certain amount of time. It’s stupid and I hope Shein takes this up and changes this or I might not be shopping there again

Never let’s u use the discount codes. What’s the point in advertising them if they don’t work

A good app but one thing is that when they offer you free stuff it can scam you by adding on more money to it but a very good app though

It is a good shopping app however the refund it’s so hard to get and their is number to call

I ordered my parcel in April and I still not got my package and it says out for delivery but never got it. I should have received it on 15 April and now it June 22 and no trace of my package
